Mr. Coat lacked a solid digital presence and a structured online operation for conversion. The project began with building this strategic foundation, integrating content, seasonal campaigns, and performance, always connecting brand, product, and sales.

Campaigns aligned with the seasons—summer, autumn, winter, and spring—were developed, combining organic content and paid media. Even with controlled investments, results were consistent, generating direct conversions via WhatsApp, e-commerce sales, and measurable impact in physical stores. The use of coupons and promotional campaigns helped accelerate purchasing decisions and expand the reach of these actions.

The visual strategy included the production and direction of shoots with a model and photographer, as well as the creation of AI-assisted photo shoots. This combination allowed for an increase in the volume and quality of visual material, maintaining aesthetic coherence and strengthening brand positioning.

With the increase in interaction volume, customer service automations were implemented to organize and respond to incoming messages, along with structuring workflows and guidelines for the team to maintain an efficient communication standard.
