UI/UX for Customer Service Applications — Espaço Laser & Pet Clinics

DIGITAL INTERFACES (UI/FRONT-END)

UI/UX design for mobile and desktop applications focused on intuitive navigation, clean interfaces, and a WhatsApp-inspired experience, developed for Elosgate.

This project involved UI/UX interface design for customer service and management applications, developed for Elosgate, focusing on usability, visual clarity, and operational efficiency.

For the Espaço Laser project, the core proposal was to create a navigation experience inspired by WhatsApp logic, bringing the user closer to a familiar flow. The interface was designed to reduce service friction, facilitate information readability, and streamline interactions such as messages, status updates, and opportunity tracking.

In parallel, I developed two UI/UX projects for Pet Shop clinic applications, covering both mobile and desktop versions. In both cases, the direction was to keep screens extremely clean, prioritizing clear visual hierarchy, minimal elements per screen, and objective navigation, suitable for high-intensity operational environments.

I worked from experience conception, flow definition, and information architecture to the visual design of the screens, ensuring cross-platform consistency and alignment with the business needs of Elosgate and its clients.

The result was functional, intuitive, and visually organized interfaces, designed to support continuous service routines, reduce cognitive load, and improve daily application efficiency.
